The truth is not yet meant for all eyes.

Unauthorized chart reproduction is prohibited.

Survey records associated with the Hollow are to be collected and reviewed.

Distribution of recovered coordinates remains restricted pending Council determination.

Final notation attached to surviving copies:

“Routes remain active.
Charts remain restricted.”
